Nawaz Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, is facing a lot of heat these days both from the citizens of the country and the political parties within the country. Many associate PM Nawaz Sharif with corruption, deception and manipulation, so much so that there have been movements and protests to remove him from the government. Said movements did not result in anything concrete and it would seem, that the citizens of Pakistan are moving onto other platforms to defame the premier. In a rather recent development, someone put PM Nawaz Sharif up for sale on eBay. Currently, the identity of the poster is unknown. The advertisement reads,
Used Pakistani Prime Minister, no longer need, is for sale. No box or instructions.
It is unfortunate that the citizens of Pakistan feel the need to so however, it is one clever prank, and not the first of its kind either.
It would seem that the moderators over at eBay tend to allow such things for a good laugh. In our opinion, it has to be close to illegal. PM Nawaz Sharif is under a lot of pressure after the Panama Leaks that have created a lot of panic and chaos around the world. He is currently traveling to the UK for a medical checkup.
It would seem that Prime Minister David Cameron of the UK was also put up for sale. His bid reached a high of $65,000 before the post was closed. PM Nawaz Sharif’s bid started at £99.99 and for the longest of times nobody bid on him. However, the latest bid before the post was deleted reached £66,200. It would seem that the moderators over at eBay were still a little early to close the post. The bidding on PM Nawaz Sharif was open till 20th April, 2016.
